Initially, our team who would go on to create LexProf as an established independent law firm in 2012, was providing legal support to natural monopoly entities, that emerged in Russia in the 1990s. The team initially practiced in the areas of telecommunications, foreign trade, customs law, monetary legislation and privatization of state-owned property.

LexProf was eventually founded in 2012 as an independent law firm, which has continued to grow and achieve many successes in the legal field. Our team of lawyers is capable of finding most suitable and practical solutions for complicated legal tasks and has continued to grow its client base of large and influential businesses across Russia and Russian-speaking regions including Moscow, Tomsk, Irkutsk, Yekaterinburg and Barnaul. Our lawyers have successfully represented its clients in the economic courts of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Omsk, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Tyumen, Krasnoyarsk, Tomsk, Surgut, Khanty-Mansiysk, the Republic of Khakassia, Buryatia, and Tuva.

Uniquely, our firm has a deep understanding of technology and business processes in construction, subsoil use (mineral wealth exploration), hydromechanics and telecommunications and regularly provides representations on behalf of our clients acting in these fields.
