The company of the client, which is a medical institution, was sued for a recovery of moral damages for a poor operation. The matter was complicated by the fact that the surgical intervention conducted in the medical institution, whose interests were protected by the lawyers of LexProf, was not the only one between the received trauma and the negative consequences, the offense of which served as a reason for applying to the court. In this regard, several defendants were involved in the case, which were different medical institutions, each interested in justifying the absence of fault in ensuing of the consequences on which the claim was based. However, the amount of evidence gathered by the lawyers of LexProf in the case indicated that there was no causal link between the harm that had come and the medical services rendered in the client's medical institution.
